- 6 medium green peppers
- 8 sticks bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Directions

1Cook rice, clean peppers and precook peppers in boiling salt water for 5 minutes and drain.

2Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.

3Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of bacon grease until tender.
