- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn and liquid
- 1 (7 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained and halved
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
Directions

1Brown meat in hot oil.

2Stir in remaining ingredients (except noodles).

3Cover.

4Cook about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook 10 to 15 minutes more.

5Cook noodles and drain. Add to mixture before serving.

6(Stir in grated cheese, if desired.)
