- 2 c. Cold Duck red wine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. Certo fruit pectin
Directions

1Mix wine and sugar in a saucepan.

2Heat on low until sugar is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat and immediately stir in the Certo fruit pectin.

4Pour into 4 small sterilized jelly jars.

5Place lids loosely on top of jars.
-
6When jelly is completely cooled, tighten the lids.
-
7Store in a cool place.

8This has been a Cherry Avenue favorite.
