- 16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix veggies, soup, 1/2 can French fried onions, 1/2 cheese, sour cream and pepper.

2Bake in 1-quart covered casserole at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Top with rest of onions and cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

4You may add fresh mushrooms and extra sour cream if desired.
