  • 16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix veggies, soup, 1/2 can French fried onions, 1/2 cheese, sour cream and pepper.

    Bake in 1-quart covered casserole at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Top with rest of onions and cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

    You may add fresh mushrooms and extra sour cream if desired.
