  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. dry red table wine
  • 6 black olives, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. rinsed, drained capers
  • 9 oz. swordfish
  • salt and pepper
