Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pound chipped beef (torn into pcs)
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly dry vermouth
- 1 heaping tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce.) can artichoke hearts, thinly sliced
- Split, toasted & butter English muffins or possibly buttered cooked noodles
- Paprika
Directions

1Heat butter in a skillet over low heat.

2Cook beef till crispy and crisp on the edges.

3Sprinkle on the flour; mix and add in the lowfat sour cream and wine.

4Stir thoroughly till smooth.

5Add in the cheese and finally the artichoke hearts.

6Stir gently; try not to break the artichoke hearts apart.

7Keep hot at 180 degrees till served.

8Spoon over muffins or possibly noodles.

9Serves 4-6.

10Makes a lovely brunch dish.
