- 1/2 c. rice, rinsed
- 1 c. orzo, Rosa Marina
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- water
Directions

1Fry orzo in butter until it is lightly browned.

2Add rice; fry a little longer, until rice is glazed.

3Add cold water to one inch over rice.

4Cook to a slow boil, put lid on and simmer on very low flame.

5Gently fold rice over and cook a little longer until rice is cooked.

6Serves 6.
