Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice or cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. peeled, minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 c. coarsely chopped broccoli (flowerets and stems chopped together)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.

2Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

3Add sesame seed; cook 1 minute or until browned.

4Remove seed and set aside. Add oil and next 3 ingredients to skillet.

5Stir-fry 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture; stir well.

6Cover and cook 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

7Sprinkle with sesame seed.

8Makes 4 servings.
