  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup julienned celery
  • 1/4 cup julienned red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup julienned yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Add the carrots, celery, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, peanuts, garlic, and hot pepper flakes and saute until tender, but still crisp.
