  • 300 grams Fish
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp corriander powder
  • 2/3 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seed powder
  • 1 oil for frying

Directions

    Steam fish with the garlic cloves till soft and cooked.

    Mash fish and garlic cloves,add the spices and cornstarch.

    Make small balls and roll them on the bread crumbs to completely coat the balls.

    Fry till golden brown.

    Serve with your fav.
