- 1 can sardines in tomato sauce (230g)
- 50 ml water
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tabasco pepper sauce
- 1 red chilli, remove seeds and sliced (please wear glove)
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1 big purple onion, sliced
Directions

1Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.

2Stir fry onion till fragrant.

3Add sardines with its tomato sauce.

4Add chilli, sugar and water.

5Add about 10 drops of Tabasco sauce.

6Simmer under low heat for 2 minutes till gravy slightly thickened.

7Best served hot with rice or porridge.
