  • 2 parsley bunchs, wash and drain
  • 2 green onion bunchs
  • 1/2 piece green pepper
  • 2 pieces cucumbers
  • tomato 1 piece lg.
  • cracked wheat 1 cup med., bulger
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 fresh mint bunchs

Directions

    Chop parsley, mint, green onion, green pepper, cucumber, tomato very fine.

    Put in salad bowl.

    Soak cracked wheat in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes. Squeeze and add to salad bowl.

    Mix oil and lemon juice to make the salad dressing. Pour over ingredients and mix.
