  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. sifted confectioners sugar

    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.

    Stir in cream.

    Bring to boil again. Take off heat.

    Cool until lukewarm.

    Stir in confectioners sugar.

    Beat until spreading consistency.
