  • 1 c. fine burghul
  • 2 large bunches parsley
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 c. olive oil

Directions

    Soak burghul in water for 1/2 hour.

    Chop everything very fine.

    Drain burghul.

    Mix together with juice and oil.
