Ingredients

  • 3 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 12 bunch of fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 -5 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 -3 teaspoons dark cracked wheat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14-12 cup olive oil
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon allspice
  • 12 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Put chopped onion in a bowl and rub with salt, paprika,and spiced until juicy.

    Add the parsley ,mint,tomatoes,and cracked wheat burghal and mix together.

    Blend together the lemon juice ,olive oil and lemon rind and pour over tabouleh.

    Stir mixture until vegetables are shiny and coated with the dressing .
