  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (2-3 lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions. chopped
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsely, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 2.25 oz can black olives, chopped
