- 2 cans refrigerated corn bread twist
- 1 bag corn tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 lb. taco meat
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) salsa
- green onions, chopped
- green peppers, chopped
- 2 c. Colby-Jack shredded cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Put corn bread twist into a 9 x 13 pan.

3Flatten and seal together.

4Crush 1/2 bag tortillas and sprinkle over corn bread crust.

5Layer taco meat, salsa, sour cream, onions and green peppers.

6Sprinkle remaining crushed tortilla chips and top with cheese.

7Bake 20 minutes.
