  • tortilla chips
  • 2 cans white chicken
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. can enchilada sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. Crunch all chips in bag until bite size. Line 1/2 of chips on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix together chicken, mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, onion and garlic. Pour mixture over chips. Cover with 2 cups cheese. Place balance of crumbled chips on top.
