  • 1 pound Ground Beef, Lean
  • 1/4 cups Egg Substitute Or 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Salsa, Not Chunky
  • 4 whole Wheat Muffins Or Hamburger Buns
  • 4 Tablespoons Con Queso Cheese Or Nacho Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons Salsa, Your Favorite
  • 12 whole Jalapeno Slices, Jarred, Pickled

Directions

    Preheat grill on medium heat.

    In a bowl, add ground beef, egg, taco seasoning and salsa.

    Mix together until combined.

    Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal pieces and form into a patty.

    Place on grill and cook until done, about 5 minutes per side.

    Meanwhile, split your English muffins and place on the top part of the grill and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.

    Place hamburger onto English muffin and top each burger with 1 tablespoon of cheese, 1 tablespoon of salsa and jalapenos.

    Serve immediately.
