  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
  • bite size tortilla chips

Directions

    Brown meat and drain. Add seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water. Mix well and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add

    about 1/4 bag of chips. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes at 400°. May use remaining chips to eat with casserole.
