- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
- nacho chips
- grated cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with chopped onion.

2Drain excess grease. Add mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, canned tomatoes (or fresh ones) and taco seasoning.

3Stir well and simmer.

4Line bottom of baking pan with nacho chips.

5Pour 1/2 of meat mixture over chips. Cover with another layer of chips and add remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over final layer.

6Place in 325° oven just long enough to melt cheese.
