- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 pound macaroni, cooked al dente
Directions

1Prepare the stoup as in the master recipe, #24, adding meat to the pot with the oil before you add the peppers.

2Cook over medium-high heat, crumbling the meat with a wooden spoon, then season with the hot sauce, Worcestershire, cumin, chili, and salt and pepper.

3Add the peppers and onions and proceed as above.

4Stir in the macaroni.

5Serve with the quesadillas.
