  • 1 lb seasoned taco meat
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 cup shredded cheese of choice

    My on box of muffin mix layer bottom of cast iron skillet or 13x9 in pan

    Layer 1 cup cheese taco meat the 2nd cup of cheese then mix and add second layer of corn bread

    Bake 30 minutes and add topping such as a our cream if desired
