- 1 lb. prepared taco meat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Press biscuits on bottom and up sides of ungreased muffin tins.

2Spoon meat mixture in first; top with chopped tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream and cover with grated cheese.

3Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Makes 10 cups.
