Ingredients

  • 1 lb. prepared taco meat
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Press biscuits on bottom and up sides of ungreased muffin tins.

    Spoon meat mixture in first; top with chopped tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream and cover with grated cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Makes 10 cups.
