Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 1 as needed Shredded sharp cheddar
  • 12 Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 as needed BBQ sauce
  • 1 as needed Medium taco sauce
  • 1 as needed Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

    Preheat oven to 350

    Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and diced onions

    Squeeze BBQ sauce into cooked meat.

    Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray

    Place one egg roll wrapper in each muffin slot.

    You can leave whole or fold in half

    Spoon beef evenly into each cup

    Put about a teaspoon of taco sauce on top of each
  10. 10
    Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as desired

    Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown

    Makes 12 taco cups
