- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1 as needed Shredded sharp cheddar
- 12 Egg roll wrappers
- 1 as needed BBQ sauce
- 1 as needed Medium taco sauce
- 1 as needed Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and diced onions

3Squeeze BBQ sauce into cooked meat.

5Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray

6Place one egg roll wrapper in each muffin slot.

7You can leave whole or fold in half

8Spoon beef evenly into each cup

9Put about a teaspoon of taco sauce on top of each

10Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as desired

11Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
