- 1 (9 oz.) can bean dip
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. pitted black olives, sliced
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions (with tips), thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spread bean dip over bottom of baking dish (5 x 7).

3In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix and garlic; mix well.

4Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip.

5Top with Cheddar cheese.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

7Sprinkle tomatoes, onions, olives, cilantro over dip.

8Serve with tortilla chips.
