- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. dry taco mix
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- shredded yellow cheese
- taco sauce of your choice
- diced tomatoes
Directions

1Mix cheeses thoroughly.

2Pat out in a shallow pan.

3Sprinkle 1/2 taco mix over top; refrigerate.

4Cook hamburg; drain and crumble.

5Put layer of ground beef on top of cheese mixture. Sprinkle a little taco sauce on.

6Add layer of green pepper and onions, then a layer of cheese.

7Sprinkle rest of dry mix sauce over top, then tomatoes last.

8Serve with round corn chips.
