Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bottle Ortega taco sauce (mild)
  • 1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 head lettuce, chopped fine
  • 1 small can pitted olives, sliced

Directions

    Use an electric mixer to mix cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning mix together.

    Spread in 10-inch glass pie pan.

    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
