- 1 small onion
- 1 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 large Velveeta cheese (2 lb.)
- 1/2 stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can sliced or chopped tomatoes (15 to 16 oz.)
Directions

1In double boiler or microwave, melt Velveeta cheese and Cheddar cheese.

2After melted, add tomatoes.

3Don't drain.

4Add ground beef mixture to cheese mixture.

5Stir and serve in chafing dish or fondue pot.

6Serve warm with taco chips and/or vegetables.
