  • 1 can refried beans
  • 16 oz. mild or medium taco sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • nacho chips
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • green olives
  • 8 oz. shredded Mexican flavor cheese

Directions

    Layer in two 8-inch round or square dishes the refried beans. Pour taco sauce over beans.

    Mix taco seasoning with sour cream. Blend with chopped onion and chopped green pepper.

    Spread over taco sauce.

    Chop the tomato and blot onto a paper towel to remove excess liquid.

    Layer tomatoes over the sour cream.

    Top with chopped green olives and shredded cheese.
