- 1 lb. can refried beans
- 6 to 8 jalapeno peppers
- 3 medium ripe avocado, mashed in 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. chopped green onions with tops
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- shredded sharp cheese
- 1 c. large pitted olives, sliced
Directions

1Layer refried beans in deep dish, 13 x 9-inch, or 2 small dishes.

2Chop in jalapeno peppers.

3Layer avocado.

4Mix together sour cream with mayo and taco seasoning mix and layer.

5Layer onions, tomatoes, cheese and olives.

6Refrigerate overnight.
