- 8 oz. plus 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning
- 1 jar Ortega thick and smooth taco sauce
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 - 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- Optional - chopped onion
Directions

1Spread cream cheese on bottom of large baking dish. Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add taco seasoning and 1/4 c. water to ground beef and cook 5 minutes.

3Layer meat mixture over cream cheese.

4Pour 1/2 sauce over meat.

5Chop tomatoes and layer with olives next.

6Pour on remaining taco sauce and top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 325 until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.

8Serve with tortilla chips.
