  • 1 can bean dip or refried beans
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. guacamole
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 c. lettuce, chopped
  • 1 c. black olives, sliced
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning for sour cream
  • onions, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Layer on plate the beans, sour cream mixed with seasoning, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, olives, cheeses and onion and peppers if desired.

    Refrigerate 2 hours; serve with taco chips.
