Ingredients

  • 1 can jalapeno bean dip
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (7 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    On a 14-inch heatable platter, spread bean dip in a thin layer. Mash avocados with lemon juice and spread over bean dip.

    Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread over avocado. Sprinkle olives, onion and tomatoes and top with cheese.

    Heat to melt cheese.

    Serve with tostados.
