Ingredients

  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning, divided
  • 3 avocados, mashed with lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 3 small tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Mix beans with 1/2 package taco seasoning.

    Put in bottom of a medium serving dish.

    Put avocados on top of beans.

    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and second 1/2 package taco seasoning and layer on top of avocados.

    Put grated cheeses on next, then olives, then tomatoes and lastly, onions.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
