- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (or diced tomatoes with green chiles)
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 package taco seasoning
Directions

1Melt cheese in a double boiler with juice from can of tomatoes.

2Add tomatoes to melted cheese.

3Let simmer 1/2 hour.

4To cooked beef, add 3/4 cup water and 1/2 pkg seasoning.

5Let simmer 1/2 hour.

6Add hamburger to cheese and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

7Can be used as a dip for tortilla chips or filling for taco shells.
