Taco Egg Rolls

- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Taco Seasoning
- 1 package (about 12 Oz. Size) Egg Roll Wrappers
- 8 ounces, weight Mexican Shredded Cheese
- Oil, For Frying
Directions

1Brown and drain ground beef.

2Add Taco seasoning and mix well.

3Remove from heat.

4Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons taco filling in the center of each wrapper.

5Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly.

6Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

7Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry each egg roll for about 2 minutes on each side or until light brown and crispy.

8Top with your favorite ingredients!
