Taco Egg Rolls

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Taco Seasoning
  • 1 package (about 12 Oz. Size) Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 8 ounces, weight Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • Oil, For Frying

Directions

    Brown and drain ground beef.

    Add Taco seasoning and mix well.

    Remove from heat.

    Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons taco filling in the center of each wrapper.

    Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly.

    Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

    Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry each egg roll for about 2 minutes on each side or until light brown and crispy.
