  • 1/4 lb. browned ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • cumin
  • black pepper
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 30 slices Cheddar cheese
  • cold guacamole salad
  • mild peppers

Directions

    Season ground beef with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and black pepper.

    On cookie sheet, place a single layer of chips.

    Top each with a slice of cheese.

    Add one tablespoon of ground beef and pepper.

    Bake at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes or until topping is hot and cheese is bubbling.

    Remove and top each snack with a tablespoon of cold guacamole.

    Serve immediately.
