  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp. picante or salsa sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 c. Cheddar

    Grease a 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix corn muffin mix.

    Add salsa; pour 1/2 in dish.

    Brown beef; drain.

    Add taco mix and tomato sauce; pour on top of corn muffin mix.

    Pour other 1/2 on top.

    Grate cheese; sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
