  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ANCHOVY & OLIVE TOASTS
  • 12 mini toasts
  • 6 anchovy fillets, drained and halved
  • Baby fresh basil leaves, to garnish
  • Cracked pepper, to taste
  • CRISPY SALAMI & TOMATO TOASTS
  • 12 savoury tartlet cases
  • 3 baby roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 6 slices hot shaved salami, grilled until crisp
  • Parmesan shavings, to garnish
  • Cracked pepper, to taste

Directions

    Combine Philly*, basil and garlic in a bowl.

    For the Anchovy and Olive Toasts, spread mini toasts with 1/2 the Philly* mixture and top with olives and anchovies.

    Garnish with basil leaves and season with pepper.

    For the Crispy Salami and Tomato Toasts, spread tartlet cases with the remaining Philly* mixture and top with tomatoes and salami.

    Garnish with Parmesan and season with pepper.
