  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Brown beef and onion in skillet and drain.

    Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over this and top with remaining 3 ingredients. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
