Taco Ribs

  • 4 lb. ribs, cut in single sections (pork, beef or venison)
  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

Directions

    Place ribs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Roast in a 400° oven for 30 minutes.

    Combine the taco seasoning mix with the water, sherry and catsup; pour over ribs.

    Reduce heat to 350°; bake for 1 hour.

    Baste occasionally with pan juices.
