  • 200 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 6 to 7 Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
  • 2 servings Plain cooked rice

    Chop the onions finely.

    Shred the lettuce leaves.

    Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

    Combine the ingredients marked .

    Make the taco meat mixture.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and onion and stir fry.

    When it's cooked, add the ingredients and reduce the sauce a little.

    Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

    Serve some rice in bowls and top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and taco meat mix.
