  • 1 lb. ground beef, ground turkey or pork sausage
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 6 c. torn iceberg lettuce
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced olives
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans

Directions

    In a large skillet, cook meat and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat.

    Stir in drained pinto beans, taco sauce and chili powder.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat.

    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
