  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 6 to 8 dashes cumin powder
  • 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small can tomatoes with green chilies or 1/2 (10 oz.) can
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) bag corn chips
