  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 14 ounces mccormick hot taco seasoning
  • 1 (13 ounce) bag Tostitos Scoops
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
  • 1 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 12 cup cilantro, minced
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 16 ounces sour cream

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F *Lining 9x13 baking pan with foil makes for easier cleaning.

    Add jalapeno, tomato, onion, green pepper, cilantro together in a bowl and mix together.

    Put aside.

    In pan brown up hamburger meat with spicy taco seasoning.

    In Baking pan put in tostitos first, put in cooked meat, spread evenly.

    Sprinkle cheese evenly over.

    Bake for 10-15 min Till cheese is melted and chips are toasted.

    Scoop chips, meat and cheese onto plate.

    Top with salad.

    Add sour cream and guacamole.
