- 4 Tbsp. Taco Bell picante sauce
- 2 peeled and pitted avocados
- 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 thinly sliced red onion
- 2 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 box Taco Bell tortilla chips
Directions

1Slice chicken breasts into bite size strips and brown in large skillet with oil.

2Add Taco Bell taco seasoning mix and water; simmer until reduced.

3Clean and slice all remaining vegetables for the salad.

4Combine all dressing ingredients and blend well.

5Pour into serving dish.

6Place the salad into serving bowl and top with warm chicken.

7Serve with Taco Bell tortilla chips and Avocado Picante Dressing.
