Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 cans kidney beans, well drained
- 1 onion, chopped or 1 bunch green onions, cut finely
- 3 tomatoes, cut coarsely
- 2 avocados, cut up (optional)
- 1 (12 oz.) bag Doritos taco chips, broken coarsely
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 head lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
- 1 small bottle French dressing
Directions

1Cook hamburger; crumble and drain.

2Add taco seasoning and beans.

3Stir well; turn into large bowl and add onion, tomatoes, avocados, taco chips and cheese.

4Mix well; put into refrigerator. May make this part early in day.

5When ready to serve, add lettuce and dressing.

6This makes a large salad and is very good. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
