Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 flour tortillas (large)
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 c. lettuce, chopped
- 1 pkg. fajita spices mix
- 1 can pinto beans
- sour cream
- salad dressing (Ranch or Catalina best)
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add fajita spices to taste.

3Heat beans.

4Preheat oven to 250°.

5Put flour tortillas in ovenproof bowl and fold edges upwards.

6Put small ball of foil in center of tortilla to hold it down, if necessary.

7Heat tortillas for 10 minutes or until crisp.

8Layer in tortillas in this order:

9meat, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.

10Top with salad dressing of choice.
