Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can Bush's best kidney beans
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
- 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Catalina or Russian dressing
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 c. sliced black ripe olives, drained
- 1 head lettuce, break into pieces
- 1 pkg. taco mix (I use 2 pkg.)
Directions

1Cook ground beef until done, stirring to break up into small pieces.

2Drain well on paper towels.

3Salt and pepper lightly. Allow to cool.

4Combine beef, beans, taco mix, onions, chilies, tomatoes and olives.

5Put lettuce in large bowl; add beans and beef mixture.

6Sprinkle on cheese and taco chips.

7Pour dressing over all and toss well when you are ready to serve.
